Sonny and Claudia or Jen and Bobby
Oh it happened, they’ve consummated that marriage and of course the question on everybody’s mind is not will it last or how soon will Sonny find out that Claudia had something to do with Michael lying in a coma, or better yet, does Sonny still love Kate, no none of that is on anybody’s mind. What is on everybody’s mind is what was that song playing on General Hospital during the love scene? You know you want to know. I admit I wanted to know too.
We’ll The Inside Soap has tracked down the song, “We Keep Trying” written by Rie Sinclair Jayson Belt and Bobby Hartry and the artist singing the beautiful song is Jen Hartry (see update note below). I’ve linked to Bobby Hartry’s MySpace page. The song “We Keep Trying” sung by Jen Hartry from the big Sonny and Claudia moment on General Hospital can be found on Bobby Hartry’s site. Jen’s voice reminds me of another artist whose name escapes me at this moment, but if it comes to me I’ll leave a comment here.
So did you like the fact that Sonny and Claudia are becoming an item or the suspense of when it will all fall apart…or did you just like the song?

I searched desperately for this on itunes with no luck under Rie Sinclair or Bobby Harty the last couple of days…imagine my joy when it magically appeared today under the artist JEN Hartry…just in case anyone wants to buy it.
Thanks, this was one of the hardest songs to locate, I had even written down a few of the lyrics to search on, I’m an experienced searcher too. I did find Bobby Harty’s myspace page which has it available. And I was thinking Rie sang it for him. I guess they colaborate, I have no idea who Jen is. LOL

Thanks for visiting Jen. Now if we only knew who Rie Sinclair is and why someone attributed the song to her and Bobby. It is a great song and everybody has been searching for it. I was quite happy that I did find Bobby’s site with it. I’ll be popping back over there soon to listen to some of the other music there.

btw-Rie Sinclair is a singer-songwriter who has many great songs on GH. She and Bobby have worked together which is probably where the confusion came in.

No problem. Both you and Rie have incredible voices. Sometimes you don’t notice the music that much with all the drama but I have to say “We Keep Trying” really stood out and I see they used it again this past Friday. I’ll certainly notice the music more in the future.
