What’s My Favorite Soap
I could hold a contest and make you guess what my favorite soap is after thirty days or so, but then I’d be less apt to talk about it and how can we not talk about our favorite soaps people? We all have a favorite, an absolute must see soap if we are a soap fan.
Drum roll please….
My all time favorite soap opera is General Hospital.
How much is it my favorite, oh it is my favorite soap opera VERY MUCH. So much so I almost don’t know if I can report on it actually in the sense that I’d want to read spoilers…I’m one of those that likes the element of surprise. But if my readers so decide that they want spoilers than I’ll have to give the people what they want.
Setting General Hospital aside or GH if you’d prefer, I used to like Port Charles when it had its brief run. I’m not sure how I feel about General Hospital Night Shift yet and that might be a good thing if they nix it.
So what is your favorite soap? It doesn’t have to be daytime, or even a conventional prime time soap, I consider shows like Dead Like Me a great soap opera story. Really, you should check it out.
I just came across your blog. Pretty cool. My favorite is AMC. Been watching it since Erica was married to Jeff Martin. Actually before she even got married so it’s been about 30 years or so. Also wanted to mention that I met Tony Geary a few years ago. He’s a fantastic guy.
I loved Passions. I also watched Port Charles and loved it when Michael was on since I’m just a sucker for a hot vampire along with a hot priest. I’ve been watching Days for years and took pretty much a year off when the bad news was revealed about Passions getting the boot. I am thinking about watching General Hospital again since I loved Kirsten on Days and her character on General Hospital is adorable. I’m the weird girl who thought the commercials were cute with her and Bradford were cute so I’m thinking about watching it since I like Maxie and Spinelli. Yes I always seem to be drawn to the oddballs.
